Alvin's childhood was defined by his status as the grandson of indentured labourers on the sugar plantations in Guyana. The early childhood adversities that Alvin overcame have proven to be blessings in disguise.
Sudden Rise
From playing in youth cricketing teams, Kalli was set to join the big league. It was his first encounter with the greats of the day, and thanks to his upbringing he was able to adapt easily.
